帕布莉卡我歌颂人的自我
我歌颂人的自我，纯粹独立，
还说出“民主”，说出“集体”。
从头到脚，我歌颂人体构造，
值得献给缪斯的不单是相貌或头脑，我是说完整的形象远为重要，
我平等地歌颂女性与男性。
我歌颂饱含激情、脉搏和能量的广阔生命，
我歌颂由衷，神圣法则倡导下最自由的行动，
我将现代人歌颂。
ONE’S-SELF I SING
ONE’S-SELF I sing,a simple separate person，
Yet utter the word Democratic,the word En-Masse.
Of physiology from top to toe I sing，
Not physiognomy alone nor brain alone is worthy for the Muse,I say the Form complete is worthier far,
The Female equally with the Male I sing.
Of Life immense in passion,pulse,and power,
Cheerful,for freest action form’d under the laws divine,
The Modern Man I sing.
