“穿越” has multiple meanings, such as “passing”, “traveling”, and “going across”. I used the first two to avoid further repetition.

“绽放” means “blooming“, but also “open up”. I used the latter meaning for “我的心悄然绽放”, and the latter for “就在这绽放的一刹那”.
