帕布莉卡江楼月
嘉陵江曲曲江池，
明月虽同人别离。
一宵光景潜[1]相忆，
两地阴晴远不知。
谁料江边怀我夜，
正当池畔望君时。
今朝同语方共悔，
不解[2]多情先寄诗。
本诗也是白居易公元809年和元稹的作品。第一联写元稹远在东川嘉陵江边，白居易在长安曲江池畔，两人同时对月，却相距千里之遥。第二联“一宵”说明相忆时间之长，“潜”字暗示相忆之深，但是两地并不能相互沟通。第三联说：想不到元稹在嘉陵江边遥念我时，我也在曲江池畔望月怀人。第四联说：一直等到我得了元稹寄来的诗，才后悔自己为什么不早把诗寄去。全诗情景交融，看来句句抒情，其实情中有景：江楼、明月、诗人、友人，都融合在怀念之中了。

The Moon over the Riverside Tower
You stand by River Jialing, I by winding streams.
Though far apart, still we share the same bright moonbeams.
All night long I think of you and for you I pine,
For I am not sure if you see the same moon shine.
Who knows when by waterside I’m longing for you,
By nocturnal riverside you’re missing me too.
When I receive your poem, I regret today:
Why did I not send mine to you so far away?
