贯云石
问东君[1]何处天涯？
落日啼鹃，
流水桃花，
淡淡遥山，
萋萋芳草，
隐隐残霞。
随柳絮吹归那答[2],
趁游丝[3]惹在谁家？
倦理琵琶，
人倚秋千，
月照窗纱。
注释：
[1]东君：思春之神，指春天。
[2]那答：那里。
[3]游丝：春日里随风飘动的蛛丝。

I ask the Eastern God where’s the end of the sky.
At sunset cuckoos cry,
On running water fall peach blooms,
Dim, dim distant hills loom,
Sweet grass seems filled with gloom,
Rainbow clouds thick with fumes.
Where is the willow down blown away by the breeze?
In whose house floats gossamer over the trees?
Tired of playing on the lute’s string,
I lean against the swing.
The moon shines on my window screen.
