车遥遥兮马洋洋[2]，
追思君兮不可忘。
君安游兮西入秦，
愿为影兮随君身。
君在阴[3]兮影不见，
君依光[4]兮妾所愿！
注释：
[1] 遥遥：远去的样子。
[2] 洋洋：漫游之状。
[3] 阴：暗处。
[4] 光：明亮处。

The carriages roll, oh! The horses run;
I think of you, oh! My dearest one!
Where are you now? Oh! You’re out of view.
Like your shadow, oh! I’d follow you.
It disappears, oh! When you’re in shade;
You’re in the sun, oh! And it won’t fade.
