帕布莉卡《小雅·皇皇者华》是中国古代第一部诗歌总集《诗经》中的一首诗。这是使臣出外访贤求策，在途中自咏之作，重在表现使臣为国事奔走的豪情。开头用“皇皇者华，于彼原隰”的美景烘托了灿烂鲜明的光彩，为奔波劳碌的使臣们提供了一个心旷神怡的广阔天地；接着连用四章的篇幅，详写奔波在路上的各色马匹，不厌其繁地描述它们“载驰载驱，周爰咨诹”，实在写使臣之多、驰骋之疾、求访之勤、事君之忠。全诗五章，每章四句，各章互相辉映，照顾周密，语言气象开朗，生动蓬勃，语音协调，用意恳切。

The flowers look so bright
On lowland and on height.
The envoy takes good care
To visit people here and there.
“My ponies have brown manes
And smooth are the six reins.
I ride them here and there,
Making inquiries everywhere.”
“My horses have white manes;
Silken are the six reins.
I ride them here and there,
Seeking counsel everywhere.”
“My horses have black manes;
Glossy are the six reins.
I ride them here and there,
Seeking advice everywhere.”
“My horses have grey manes;
Shiny are the six reins.
I ride them here and there,
Visiting people everywhere.”
