帕布莉卡《小雅·天保》是中国古代第一部诗歌总集《诗经》中的一首诗。这是大臣祝颂君主的诗，表达了作为周宣王的抚养人、老师兼臣子的召伯虎对新王的热情鼓励及殷切期望，即期望周宣王登位后能励精图治，完成中兴大业，重振先祖雄风；同时也表现了召伯虎作为一个具有远见卓识的政治家的政治理想。全诗六章，每章六句。此诗一个奇妙之处，就是大量使用新奇的比喻，尤其是“如山如阜”、“如冈如陵”、“如川之方至”、“如月之恒”、“如日之升”、“如南山之寿”和“如松柏之茂”，连用九个“如”字来歌颂和祝福君主，显示了丰富的艺术想象力，不仅细致入微地体现了作者的期望与祝愿，在语言风格上还产生了融热情奔放于深刻含蓄之中的独特效果。

亦孔之固。

May Heaven bless our king
With great security,
Give him favor and bring
Him great felicity
That he may do more good
And people have more food.

That he may have his will

With great prosperity
Like hills and plains in spring
Grown to immensity
Or the o’erbrimming river
Flowing forever and ever.
Ofer your wine and rice
From summer, fall to spring
As filial sacrifice
To your ancestral king
Whose soul in the witch appears:
“May you live long, long years!”
The spirit comes and confers
Many blessings on you
And on simple laborers
But daily food and brew.
The common people raise
Their voice to sing your praise:
“Like the moon in the sky
Or sunrise o’er the plain,
Like southern mountains high
Which never fall or wane
Or like luxuriant pines,
May such be your succeeding lines!”
[1] This was an ode responsive to any of the five preceding. The guests feasted by the king celebrated his praises and desired for him the blessing of Heaven and his ancestors, whose souls were supposed to appear in the witch.
