帕布莉卡《小雅·緜蛮》是中国古代第一部诗歌总集《诗经》中的一首诗。这是一首描写饱受行役之苦的人，渴望有人助他一臂之力的诗歌。全诗三章，每章八句，三章意思极为相近，但反复吟咏，给人一种强烈的紧迫感，生动地刻画了行役之人的心中渴望，准确地传递出行役者的愁苦心绪。此诗节奏舒缓，堪称颇具音乐特质的声乐作品。每章前半部分组成完整的叙事结构，情绪低沉，犹如主歌部分；每章后半部分形式相同，节奏轻快，情绪高昂，重章叠唱，犹如副歌部分。
